The multi-skilled Katie qualified with a BA (Hons) and HND in Television from Edinburgh Napier University and Edinburgh College respectively. During her studies Katie organised and filmed the first ever Glasgow Tattoo at the OVO Hydro and even filmed a documentary in Sri Lanka. Before joining Speakeasy, she worked with an array of clients such as RSPB Scotland, BBC and The Scottish Prison Service amongst others.
Since joining Speakeasy as a Production Assistant, Katie has risen through the ranks to become our indispensable Production Manager. She provides invaluable support across all our productions helping everything to run smoothly with her logistical and organisational skills. If you listen closely, you may even hear her in a few of our productions with her hidden voiceover skills. When she isn’t planning a shoot, you will find her signing up for another running event and looking after her tortoise, Herbie and cat, Casper… who you may even spot in the background of her video calls!
